President Aquino Finds his Love
His Excellency Benigno Simeon Cojuangco Aquino III, the President of the Republic of The Philippines has found his love to celebrate the 2013's Valentines day. Since HE became the 15th President in June 2010, HE was under constant scrutiny of the Loves' kaleidoscopes. The 2013's Valentine day is going to be different to him and to his classical matchmakers. He shall be in expressing his love publicly in Los Banos in front of rice scientists and researchers. He will be in the rice fields of International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) and in the Germplasm collection Center to declare his immortal love and care for rice.
His love for the rice is beyond a valentine day's flowers, chocolates and diamonds worth. Rice is the number 1 staple food of the republic and the region. The state head has declared the year 2013 as the National Year of Rice. We are anxious to greet HE the President here in IRRI to celebrate with him, his love for rice, rice farmers, rice scientists and rice consumers. It's a big inspiration to all the people associated with rice.
